What happens when you buy, how digital delivery works, and what you can expect from us.
Digital delivery
All products sold by Aurevia Digital are digital goods. No physical package is shipped. After payment verification, the license, download instructions, or official redemption guidance is sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
Orders may be held briefly for payment, inventory, fraud, or reseller verification. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam or promotions folders.
Refund policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before a license is delivered. If a delivered license is invalid or materially different from the product ordered, contact us promptly so we can verify the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Once a valid digital license has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, or activated, it is generally non-returnable because it cannot be resold. This limitation does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
Privacy
We use order information to process payments, prevent fraud, deliver purchases, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Payment card details are collected and processed by the payment provider; Aurevia Digital does not store complete card numbers.
We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform payment, delivery, analytics, or support functions. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@aurevia-digital.store.
Terms of sale
Product compatibility, device limits, license duration, and included features are displayed on each product page. The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase and for following the software publisher's license terms.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added during payment. We may cancel and refund an order when inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, or verification cannot be completed.
Independent retailer & trademarks
Aurevia Digital is an independent software retailer and is not the manufacturer of the products displayed. McAfee, Norton, Heimdal, Watchdog, Ability, Kofax, Tungsten Automation, and associated product names or marks are owned by their respective trademark holders.
Use of a brand name is solely for product identification and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless a specific reseller relationship is expressly documented for that product.
